Teaching & Learning Hub meetings One and Two 16/9/13 & 11/11/13

In September and November over 100 teachers at SRS took part in the first of our Teaching and Learning Hub meetings this academic year. These meetings, led by our ‘Leaders of Learning’ are cross curricular and cross phase and give our staff the opportunity to meet and work together on a specific aspect of pedagogy. We have chosen 5 foci for the groups this year, ‘Digital Leaders’, ‘Literacy Leaders’, ‘Stretch and challenge’, ‘Enquiry based learning’ and ‘Community leaders’. Following these meetings we enter WoW (Watching Others Work) week, a time where we all carry out peer observations with a view to sharing best practice. 🙂
